Who We Are
Hudson Partnership Care Management Organization (CMO) is a private not-for-profit organization providing care management services to Hudson County youth with severe emotional and behavioral problems, and their families. Our wraparound system of care for the whole family takes place in the home and involves selecting a unique set of needed services for that family.
The New Jersey Division of Child Behavioral Health Services' (NJ-DCBHS) System of Care is statewide, serving all 21 counties in New Jersey. Each local system is comprised of the same elements: a statewide Contracted System Administrator; a Care Management Organization; a Youth Case Management entity; a Mobile Response and Stabilization Service; a Family Support Organization; and local providers of mental health/supportive services.
The NJ-DCBHS system serves children and adolescents 5 to 21 years of age with emotional and behavioral health challenges, and their families. It is designed to build on the strengths of the child, the family, and the community, and is family-driven, focusing on keeping the child at home, in school, and out of trouble.
