Care Managers
Each Care Manager works intensively with ten families for one to two years. The Care Manager assists each family to create a Child and Family Team that helps the family develop options that will support and empower them while they work on solutions to their challenges. Care Managers are emotionally mature and able to handle stressful situations. They are creative, flexible, and caring, and are well-organized and have a strong work ethic.

Hudson Partnership CMO Care Managers’ salaries are competitive for mental health workers in our area. We offer excellent benefits, including health care, dental, life insurance, and an IRA. Employees receive 10 paid holidays per year and accrue three weeks of vacation and five personal days annually.

Requirements
Individuals must have an undergraduate degree and experience working with children or adults with mental health or social problems.
